For the 2025/26 academic year, The University of Hong Kong (HKU) received a record-breaking of over 25,000 non-local undergraduate applications — a nearly 25% increase compared to last year. Applications from international undergraduate students also surged by nearly 50%. The University expects to admit over 1,600 non-local students.*
